Top Contact Centers is an advertising board. Position on it is bought, not awarded. These terms describe exactly what a payment buys, and what it does not.
What you are buying
You are buying a position on a public leaderboard. Position is determined solely by the total amount a listing has paid, highest first. Nothing else affects it: not how long a listing has existed, not the quality of the company, not any assessment by us.
A listing enters the board at $25 or more. The amount you pay becomes that listing's total bid, and the total decides where it sits.
Your position is not permanent
Any company can outbid any other, at any time. If another listing pays a higher total than yours, it moves above you and yours moves down. That is the mechanism of the board, not a fault in it.
You can pay again to move back up. What you have already paid counts toward your new total, so you pay only the difference.
Where two listings hold the same total, the one that reached it first ranks higher.
What this board is not
This is not a review site, a rating service, an accreditation, an award, or an analyst report. A position here says only that a company paid for it. It is not an endorsement by us, and it reflects no assessment of any company’s services.
We do not verify the claims, capabilities, licences or performance of any listed company. Anyone choosing a supplier from this board should do their own checks.
Correcting or removing a listing
A company can have its own listing corrected or removed at any time, at no cost. See the listing policy.
When we may remove a listing
We may remove or refuse a listing, and refund what was paid for it, where the listing is unlawful, impersonates another company, or where we are required to.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we update this page and the date at the bottom of it. Material changes are emailed to anyone with a paid position. Questions go to hello@topcontactcenters.com.
