Listing policy

How a company gets on this board, how a listing gets corrected, and how it gets removed.

How companies get listed

A listing is created one of two ways: we add it, or a company adds itself by placing a bid. There is no free self-submission.

Companies we add start unranked, shown with a dash instead of a number, and stay that way until somebody pays. Being listed costs nothing and implies nothing.

If your company is listed and you never asked

That is possible. We build the starting board from public business directories, so a company can appear without ever having contacted us. It costs nothing, and you can have it removed.

Correcting a listing

Email hello@topcontactcenters.com from an address at the company’s own domain and tell us what is wrong. We fix it. There is no account to create and no fee.

Removing a listing

Same address, same rule: ask from the company’s own domain and we remove it. A paid position ends when the listing is removed, and any refund is handled under our refund policy.

What we will not do

We will not change a listing on the instruction of anyone except that company. A competitor cannot edit, retag or remove a rival’s listing.
