Privacy

What this site stores, why it stores it, and what it does not store. This describes the actual system rather than a general policy.

Company listings

For each listed company we store its name, website, a short description, its city, state and country, an employee-count band, and category tags. That is business information about a company, not personal information about a person.

For a listing added through the board, the description is read from the company’s own public website at the moment the listing is created.

If you pay for a position

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who are the merchant of record. They collect and hold the payment details. We never see or store a card number.

We store the amount, the payment reference, and the name and email address Dodo returns to us. We use that email to tell you about your own listing, including when another company outbids you.

If you join the buyer list

We store the email address you enter, the categories you select, and the two-letter country code your connection reports. We use it to send contact center listings. We do not sell or rent it.

Clicks

When somebody clicks through from a listing to that company’s website, we add one to a counter on the listing. The counter is a number. It holds nothing about the person who clicked.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.

Removing your data

Email hello@topcontactcenters.com and we will remove what we hold about you. Records we are required to keep for tax or accounting reasons are the exception, and we will tell you if that applies.
