When a payment for a position can be refunded, and when it cannot.

The general position

A payment buys a position, and that position goes live as soon as the payment clears. Being outbid later is not grounds for a refund, because the position was delivered. Anyone can be outbid; that is what the board is.

When we will refund

In full, if the payment cleared but the position was never applied; if we remove the listing for a reason that is not the listed company’s doing; or if the payment was plainly made in error and the listing has sent no click-throughs.

If a company pays for a website it does not control, we refund it and remove the listing.

How to ask

Email hello@topcontactcenters.com from an address at the listing’s own domain, with the payment reference.

Card statements and disputes

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record, so a card statement shows their name rather than ours, and their terms apply to the transaction alongside these.
